VÖLKERRECHTLICHE BEKANNTMACHUNG
AUFFORDERUNG ZUR UNVERZÜGLICHEN ENTFERNUNG VON VERLINKUNGEN SG-GA1949/AT-OÖ/BHF/0725-01
Im Zusammenhang mit einem laufenden völkerrechtlichen Untersuchungs- und Feststellungsvorgang wird hiermit festgestellt, dass unter einem Video auf der Plattform Telegram eine Verlinkung zum Schiedsgericht gemäß den Genfer Abkommen von 1949 ohne Autorisierung erfolgt ist.
Aus Gründen des Kinderschutzes sowie zur Wahrung der Neutralität des laufenden Vorgangs wird hiermit aufgefordert, sämtliche entsprechenden Verlinkungen unverzüglich zu entfernen und künftig jede Bezugnahme zu unterlassen.
Diese Aufforderung dient ausschließlich der Gefahrenabwehr und stellt keine Bewertung des Inhalts des Videos dar.
