Feststellung zur Ungültigkeit delegierter Ausweise
Im Zusammenhang mit einem laufenden völkerrechtlichen Untersuchungs- und Feststellungsvorgang gemäß den Genfer Abkommen von 1949 wird hiermit festgestellt:
Bestimmte delegierte Ausweise haben mit sofortiger Wirkung ihre Gültigkeit verloren.
Diese Ausweise entfalten keine Vertretungs-, Schutz- oder Legitimationswirkung mehr. Eine Nutzung oder Vorlage ist nicht autorisiert.
Bei Sichtung oder Vorlage solcher Ausweise erfolgt deren Einziehung bzw. Sicherstellung im Rahmen der Gefahrenabwehr.
Diese Veröffentlichung dient ausschließlich dem Schutz von Zivilpersonen, insbesondere von Kindern, sowie der Vermeidung missbräuchlicher Zurechnung gegenüber dem Schiedsgericht.
Die Feststellung erfolgt präventiv, ohne Recht-Verlust, ohne Schuldzuweisung und ohne strafrechtliche Bewertung.

Tali documenti non hanno più alcun effetto di rappresentanza, protezione o legittimazione. Il loro utilizzo o la loro presentazione non sono autorizzati.
In caso di individuazione o presentazione di tali documenti, questi saranno ritirati o sequestrati nell’ambito delle misure di sicurezza.
La presente pubblicazione ha il solo scopo di proteggere i civili, in particolare i bambini, e di evitare attribuzioni abusive nei confronti del tribunale arbitrale.
La constatazione è preventiva, senza perdita di diritti, senza attribuzione di colpa e senza valutazione penale.

Certain delegated identity cards have lost their validity with immediate effect.
These identity cards no longer have any representative, protective, or legitimizing effect. Their use or presentation is not authorized.
If such identity cards are seen or presented, they will be confiscated or seized as part of security measures.
This publication serves exclusively to protect civilians, especially children, and to prevent abusive attribution to the arbitral tribunal.
The determination is made preventively, without loss of rights, without attribution of blame, and without criminal evaluation.
