In Verbindung mit dem laufenden völkerrechtlichen Untersuchungs- und Feststellungsvorgang gemäß den Genfer Abkommen von 1949 wird hiermit festgestellt, dass unter einem öffentlich zugänglichen Video auf der Plattform Telegram eine Verlinkung zum Schiedsgericht gemäß den Genfer Abkommen von 1949 ohne Autorisierung erfolgt ist.
Es wird festgestellt, dass diese Verlinkung geeignet ist, eine unzutreffende Zurechnung von Inhalten, Aussagen oder emotionalen Appellen zu den genannten Institutionen zu bewirken.
Diese Feststellung erfolgt präventiv zum Schutz von Zivilpersonen, insbesondere von Kindern, ohne Recht-Verlust und ohne strafrechtliche Bewertung. Sie entfaltet sofortige Wirkung.

La presente constatazione ha carattere preventivo a tutela dei civili, in particolare dei minori, senza perdita di diritti e senza valutazione penale. Essa ha effetto immediato.
